the staff was always helpful and very polite. the swimming pool is large and offers many activities for kids. i found the hotel beachfront location very quiet, quite a relaxing setting. breakfast choices were extensive, a great start to the day. the employees were wonderful!

i really loved amber kitchen. khun june, khun neng , and khun pham were so supportive and offered excellent food recommendations , which i totally enjoyed. i especially loved the indian food khun june recommended , thanks to the chef!
the rooms felt a bit old-fashioned and lacked soundproofing. i could hear street noises easily , which was distracting. also , the pool areas felt a bit dated compared to what i expect from a five-star hotel.

The hotel grounds are well maintained with beautiful trees. The lobby has an open design. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruits and juices at the Amber Kitchen breakfast (the mango sticky rice was delicious). The staff was accommodating about my food allergies.
